CINESMART is a digital platform developed by SPICI for the digitalisation of processes at the Ufficio Cinema del Comune di Napoli. Built on Odoo, CineSmart simplifies the management of audio-visual filming requests, optimising the interaction between film and television productions and the municipal administration.
Objective: to allow productions to submit and monitor authorisation requests online and to support the competent offices in evaluating and managing the applications, ensuring greater transparency, traceability, and speed of proceedings.
