Introduction

 

SPICI S.r.l. – Società per l’Innovazione, la Cooperazione e l’Internazionalizzazione's Code of Ethics is a fundamental guide that reflects our mission to promote technological and social innovation to improve people's lives and contribute to the sustainable development of communities. This Code of Ethics is adopted in line with the principles of legality, transparency, and fairness provided by national and international regulations and is inspired by the contents of Legislative Decree 8 June 2001, No. 231, on the administrative liability of entities, as well as by the anti-corruption prevention principles of Law 6 November 2012, No. 190. It represents an instrument for risk prevention, promotion of a culture of legality, and guidance of the behavior of administrators, employees, and collaborators.

This Code of Ethics comes into effect immediately upon its approval by the President or Legal Representative of SPICI S.r.l. – Società per l’Innovazione, la Cooperazione e l’Internazionalizzazione. All employees, executives, consultants, and other associated individuals with the company are required to comply with the ethical principles and standards set forth in this document from its effective date. The Code of Ethics will be periodically reviewed and updated to reflect the evolving needs and goals of the company as well as the evolving legal and regulatory requirements. Updates to the Code of Ethics will be communicated to all employees and made available through the company's internal channels.
