SISMUP is a mobile application designed for real-time seismic monitoring, developed by the research group in seismology RISSCLab of the Department of Physics "Ettore Pancini" at Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II.
The application receives seismic alerts from the PRESTo system and determines the alert level based on data from the ISNet seismic network and the user's location. The integration of AI enhances the accuracy of forecasts and the system's responsiveness.
SPICI re-engineered the app, improving performance and UI, and developed a middleware backend in Odoo to optimize data management and integration with monitoring servers.
Objective: to provide early seismic warning and detailed, accurate information to users.
