The San Carlo Smart Project concerns the development of a Proof of Concept on Odoo to test an integrated digital solution for managing work shifts, operational workload, and space occupancy at the Teatro di San Carlo in Naples. The PoC is used to assess the impact and feasibility before making the final investment.
The PoC is carried out as part of the Design Before Intervention service of the European Digital Innovation Hub – Heritage Smart Lab (EDIH - HSL).
Objective: digitize internal processes, optimize resources and spaces, support future decisions.
