Design of a collaborative digital platform that aims to enhance the Mediterranean Diet as a lifestyle, intangible cultural heritage, and a driver of territorial development. The project is based on participatory storytelling, the interaction between users and places, and the adoption of qualification and promotion systems for territorial offerings as alternatives to traditional models.
The project is carried out within the scope of the Design Before Intervention service of the European Digital Innovation Hub – Heritage Smart Lab (EDIH - HSL).
Objective: To make local narratives accessible, connect local actors, and bring coherence and visibility to the typical practices of Mediterranean places.
