SPICI – Società per l’Innovazione, la Cooperazione e l’Internazionalizzazione – has launched an annual scholarship aimed at graduate and newly graduated students in Management Engineering, aimed at supporting the company's organizational and management processes.

The scholarship, identified by the code SPICI 2025-001, is published on the portal of the Department of Industrial Engineering of the University of Naples Federico II and involves activities at the SPICI headquarters, located at the Technology Hub in Via Ponte dei Granili 24 in Naples.

The duration of the scholarship is 12 months, with a total amount of 18,000 euros.

Main responsibilities

• Analysis and mapping of existing business processes (AS-IS)

• Design of target processes (TO-BE) focusing on efficiency and digitalisation

• Review and engineering of internal procedures

• Support in the digitalisation of contracts and operational workflows

• Collaboration in technical and operational documentation

• Support in the implementation of digital tools for process management

• Monitoring results and continuous improvement

Required requirements

• Graduate or newly graduated in Management Engineering

• Interest in business organization, processes, and digitalisation

• Analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving

• Good knowledge of Office / Google Workspace (especially Excel)

• Teamwork skills and good communication abilities

• Precision, proactivity, and improvement orientation

Considered a plus

• Knowledge of process mapping tools (e.g., flowcharts)

• Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems and project management tools

• Interest in digital transformation and process innovation

• Experience in project work or thesis on related topics
