Extension to 2 November 2025 for applying to the selection of 20 businesses that will participate in the intensive and laboratory training workshop on “AI 3D Modeling & Digital Fabrication”, which will be held on 13 and 14 November 2025 in Naples, promoted within the activities of the Emerging Technologies House “Infiniti Mondi – Napoli Innovation City”, a project led by the Municipality of Naples and financed by the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy.

The initiative is part of the activity line WP2 – Skills Development for Enterprises – and aims to enhance the skills on Emerging Technologies of businesses operating in the Cultural and Creative Industries field, in terms of AI 3D MODELING & DIGITAL FABRICATION.
The initiative is promoted by Cefriel, the Italian digital innovation centre founded by Politecnico di Milano and the University of Naples Federico II, in collaboration with Medaarch s.r.l. s.t.p.
The organizing body is Smart Malico s.r.l., a company specialized in designing, creating, and managing innovation laboratories and advanced training courses for smart cities and smart communities.
The Notice
The Notice is aimed at the selection of 20 businesses that will have the opportunity to participate, free of charge, in the intensive and laboratory training workshop on “AI 3D Modeling & Digital Fabrication”, which will be held on 13 and 14 November 2025 in Naples, from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, at the Fabbrica Italiana dell’Innovazione Technological Hub, at Via Ponte dei Granili 24/32 in Naples.
The intensive program is designed to introduce key concepts and provide practical skills in using advanced modeling and digital fabrication technologies, with the objective of promoting innovation and optimizing production processes through a practical and laboratory approach.
During the two days, participants will be involved in a highly immersive and practical experience and will have the opportunity to learn how to apply Generative Artificial Intelligence in creative and design processes aimed at creating 3D models, integrate emerging technologies in digital fabrication flows, analyze best practices and international case studies that combine digital production and design, develop and present an original digital modeling and fabrication project.
Who can participate
The Notice is open to startups and SMEs, operating in the cultural and creative industry sectors with registered and/or operational headquarters in Italy, showing economic, research and development interest in the territory of the Metropolitan City of Naples in the reference sectors of Infiniti Mondi.

Each business can submit one application only.
Participants are required to have a good knowledge of the English language.
Type of non-financial support
The training program, provided free of charge, constitutes non-financial support to participating startups and small and medium-sized enterprises. The value of such support is equal to €75 per hour of lesson for each participating business, for a total value of €1,200.
The non-financial support will be granted within the “de minimis” regime under EU Regulation 1407/2013. The non-financial support under this Notice is compatible with other State Aid within the limits provided for by Article 5 of Regulation (EU) No. 1407/2013.
How to participate
The submission of applications under this Notice must be carried out by the proponent exclusively by filling in the Application Form (Annex A) and sending it via PEC to the address: smartmalico@legalmail.it
The application must be submitted by the legal representative of the company.
Applications must be sent by 02/11/2025 at the latest.
