From Vision to Impact: the closing event of the INSPIRE Acceleration Programme
On the upcoming 7 October 2025, at the Politecnico di Bari, the concluding event of From Vision to Impact will be held, as part of the INSPIRE Acceleration Program – Integration of Networks and Services acceleration Program – from Innovative Research to Enterprise.
The INSPIRE project is promoted within the context of Spoke 2 of the RESTART Program – “RESearch and innovation on future Telecommunications systems and networks, to make Italy more smart”, funded by the PNRR – National Recovery and Resilience Plan and the European Union – NextGenerationEU. Coordinated by the Politecnico di Bari, it originates from the collaboration with Giffoni Innovation Hub S.r.l., Fabbrica Italiana dell’Innovazione, and SPICI Srl.
Launched with a call for ideas aimed at selecting five entrepreneurial projects, INSPIRE identified startups, teams, and spin-offs capable of proposing sustainable technological solutions consistent with the objectives of the RESTART Program.
The selected entities have been guided through a targeted pathway which included entrepreneurial training, mentorship, inspirational events, Open Innovation sessions, and matchmaking moments like the Benchmark Day and the Demo Day.
The concluding event will be structured in two sessions:
Benchmark Day (10:00 – 13:00): roundtable with international experts on the challenges of the TLC sector and a talk dedicated to development opportunities at regional, national, and international levels.
Demo Day (14:30 – 17:00): presentation of the results of the INSPIRE startups in front of investors and stakeholders, with speed dating sessions to foster new collaborations.
From Vision to Impact represents not only the conclusion of a journey but also the beginning of new opportunities for growth and cooperation for the innovation ecosystem, aiming to transform research into enterprise and generate a concrete and lasting impact in the telecommunications sector and sustainable digital services.
