Italian Innovation Factory, Museo Galileo and SPICI: a new alliance between Naples and Florence for the promotion of innovation culture

Spreading a culture of innovation and scientific culture to create new development opportunities: this is the goal of the Cooperation Agreement signed between the Museo Galileo di Firenze, SPICI srl and Fabbrica Italiana dell’Innovazione Scarl di Napoli. A strategic agreement that begins a partnership of excellence for the promotion of scientific knowledge, the enhancement of emerging technologies, and the growth of the innovation ecosystem.
An alliance between history and the future
The Museo Galileo – Institute and Museum of the History of Science, an international reference point for the conservation and dissemination of scientific heritage, joins SPICI, a Digital Innovation Hub committed to digital transformation and the creation of new innovative enterprises, and Fabbrica Italiana dell’Innovazione, an incubator specialising in Cultural and Creative Industries and the Blue & Green Economy.
The agreement arises from the desire to create synergies between cultural institutions and entrepreneurial realities to support digital transition, spread a culture of innovation, and support new generations of innovators.
Goals and initiatives of the collaboration
The agreement foresees close collaboration on several fronts:
Joint participation in tenders and projects: the three organisations will work together to access national and international funding aimed at research, education, and technological innovation.
Development of new project proposals: high cultural and technological value initiatives will be promoted to be submitted to institutions, foundations, and research bodies.
Organisation of events and workshops: seminars, conferences, and outreach activities will be conducted to bring the public, businesses, and young talents closer to the world of science and innovation.
