EUROPEAN DIGITAL INNOVATION HUB - HERITAGE SMART LAB - FANTASTIC TEAMS AND WHERE TO FIND THEM - 11 June 2024, Naples

Selecting new skills today in the digital age is more than ever a crucial element for business growth, especially for new entrepreneurial realities such as startups that are in the initial development phase. The day organized by SPICI as part of the activities of EDIH-Heritage Smart Lab aims to introduce companies to new tools for human resource recruitment, considering the new skills necessary for the digital transition. Two entrepreneurial realities from the sector, Adecco Italia and nCore - have been invited to share experiences and successful tools in human resource recruitment in Italy. 

The company SPICI Srl, together with Iniziativa Cube Srl and the Competence Center Meditech 4.0, operates as Spoke Campano of the European Digital Innovation Hub – Heritage SmartLab, the European Innovation Hub for the digital and green transition in the sectors of Cultural Heritage, Culture, Creativity, tourism enhancement, and other related sectors. 

EDIH-Heritage Smart Lab is a hub funded by the European Commission and the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy, coordinated by Cluster Basilicata Creativa, based on a partnership composed of: Sviluppo Basilicata, Digital Innovation Hub Basilicata, Cluster Lucano dell’Aerospazio, Cluster Lucano Automotive-Fabbrica Intelligente, Cluster Energia Basilicata, Meditech Competence Center, SPICI srl, Iniziativa Cube Srl. 

EDIH-Heritage Smart Lab is one of the 136 hubs of the European Digital Innovation Hubs (EDIH) network funded by the Digital Europe Programme 2021-2027. The EDIHs act as catalysts for the dissemination and adoption of advanced digital technologies, like Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Cybersecurity, Internet of Things, X-Reality, Blockchain, and Digital Twin, with the aim of supporting businesses and Public Administrations in digital transformation processes, making them more competitive.
