Hackathon for schools

Hackathon for the development of entrepreneurial skills is a training and participatory activity that has been experimented with multiple times in collaboration with various local entities, including the Istituto Superiore Villari, the Scuola Militare Nunziatella, the University of Naples Parthenope, the Grimaldi Foundation, the Istituto Pitagora, the ITS De Nicola, and other educational and training institutions.

The initiative is designed as an immersive idea generation experience, aimed at students and young participants, who work in small groups on developing a business idea, often linked to a specific application area or a concrete challenge proposed within the activity.

The Hackathon is structured as a progressively task-based journey aimed at identifying innovative solutions to existing problems. During the activity, participants are guided in the use of fundamental tools of entrepreneurship and design thinking: from filling out a simplified Lean Canvas, to defining the buyer persona, to designing the startup's logo and visual identity.

The practical and collaborative approach enables participants to acquire cross-cutting skills related to teamwork, problem-solving, and communication, fostering an initial familiarity with business creation processes.
