The festival aims to create a dynamic platform that connects young talents, cultural enterprises, and institutions, with the goal of building an inclusive and innovative cultural ecosystem. The festival's activities include training workshops, networking events, masterclasses with leading professionals from the cultural and creative industry, and dedicated spaces for young artists' performances. Among the proposed workshops, the Creative Lab Start Up stands out, an intensive course focused on business culture and design thinking, designed to equip participants with key skills to develop innovative solutions in the cultural and creative sector.

This workshop, running from January to March 2025, features 40 hours of training that combine lectures, practical workshops, and masterclasses.
