Capacity Building “IA & Digital Marketing” | Call for 15 companies within the framework of EDIH – Heritage Smart Lab

SPICI, as part of the activities of the EDIH – European Digital Innovation Hub Heritage Smart Lab, launches a call aimed at selecting 15 companies interested in participating in the training day on Capacity Building “AI & Digital Marketing”, scheduled for 24 March 2026 at the Italian Innovation Factory (Via Ponte dei Granili 24, Naples).
The initiative is part of the support activities for the digital transformation of companies, with particular reference to the integration of Artificial Intelligence in marketing, communication processes and human capital development.
Objective of the initiative
The call is launched with the aim of guiding companies through a path of awareness and strategic planning with respect to:
the impact of Artificial Intelligence on marketing models;
the redefinition of corporate communication processes;
the identification of new professional roles and emerging skills;
the structuring of recruitment strategies oriented towards innovation.
The day will be characterised by a hands-on and workshop-based approach, aimed at providing practical tools for immediate application in business contexts.
Day Programme – 24 March 2026
10:00 – 11:00 | Introduction and presentation of participating companies
Opening session dedicated to sharing company needs and requirements.
11:00 – 13:30 | Workshop “AI Marketing Alchemy”
Workshop activity dedicated to analysing professional needs and matching them with the hard and soft skills required by companies.
14:30 – 16:30 | Technical Seminar
In-depth examination of trends, challenges, and opportunities in integrating AI into marketing processes and organisational models.

15 companies will be selected, based on their alignment with the objectives of the initiative and their genuine willingness to invest in the development of digital skills.

The service is valued at 2,000 euros per company.
It is free for micro and small enterprises
It involves a cost-sharing fee for medium and large enterprises, according to the EDIH programme rules
