PROJECT DURATION

2023 – 2025 (biennial duration)

The House of Emerging Technologies “InFiniti Mondi – Napoli Innovation City” is an initiative promoted by the Municipality of Naples and financed by the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy (CUP B67F23000000008 – FSC 2014-2020), with the aim of creating an innovation center to serve businesses, specializing in emerging technologies such as Metaverse, Web 3.0, Gaming/Gamification, Digital Storytelling, Quantum Computing, and 5G.

The project focuses on the development of products, services, and new business models in the Cultural and Creative Industries sector, with particular attention to the connection between scientific research, technology transfer, and business. The ambition is to create an ecosystem capable of integrating the advanced competencies of universities and research centers with the needs of innovative entrepreneurship.

The name “InFiniti Mondi” evokes the visionary legacy of the Renaissance philosopher Giordano Bruno, of whom the House of Technologies interprets. The reference is also reflected in the visual identity of the project, with a logo designed by the students of the Academy of Fine Arts of Naples.

Role of SPICI:
SPICI Srl – Society for Innovation, Cooperation, and Internationalization – coordinates the Incubation and Acceleration Program of CTE Napoli. For incubation activities, it utilizes Fabbrica Italiana dell’Innovazione, an incubator specialized in Cultural and Creative Industries (ICC) and the Green & Blue Economy, located in East Naples, in the district of San Giovanni a Teduccio, at via Ponte dei Granili, 24, near the Technological Pole of the University of Naples Federico II.

The program, currently in its third cycle (June 2025), offers structured courses in entrepreneurial training and orientation, personalized mentorship, access to coworking spaces, and high-tech laboratories. The selected startups also benefit from the numerous opportunities offered by the CTE Napoli ecosystem.
