Spici Srl and Fondazione Cotec sign a partnership

Spici Srl and Fondazione Cotec per l'Innovazione sign a memorandum of understanding to embark on a collaborative journey in the implementation of joint projects for business creation and acceleration, business development, digital transformation, innovative training, and internationalisation.

The aim is to strengthen Italy's role in the international innovation and scientific culture ecosystem, through the development of programmes and initiatives that connect countries and cultures, enhancing the richness that such cultural diversity can bring, and building more advanced languages and practices.  

The activities in which they will be involved include:

• Projects and initiatives for the attraction and training of talents, supporting Italy in its scientific diplomacy policies in priority countries, and contributing to the growth of a generation capable of innovating businesses through internships, training placements, international hackathons, labs, and dedicated training pathways, etc.

• Initiatives and programmes for internationalisation and promotion of the Italian innovative research-business systems worldwide, with specific, although not exclusive, focus on Third Countries, also promoting the development of young talents;

• Joint initiatives aimed at the creation and development of innovative enterprises, competitive, sustainable, capable of producing new employment;

• Joint projects, also eligible for regional, national, and European bids, for the promotion of advanced training paths, creation, innovation and internationalisation of innovative start-ups and technology transfer, as well as open innovation initiatives;

• Sharing of content, strategies, and opportunities to contribute to the growth of the national and southern innovation ecosystem, within their respective areas of operation, and activation of synergies and complementarities, leveraging mutual skills, networks, and expertise;

• Organise joint activities, programmes, events, training actions, in-depth meetings, information, animation and any other beneficial initiative consistent with this protocol that may be of common interest, also collaborating in identifying the possible and necessary financial resources to cover the related costs;

• Promote and give visibility to the joint activities through network communication tools.
