Opportunity at SPICI: scholarship for Process Engineer

SPICI – Società per l’Innovazione, la Cooperazione e l’Internazionalizzazione – has launched an annual scholarship aimed at final-year students and recent graduates in Management Engineering, Computer Science and Computer Engineering and equivalent qualifications, intended to support organisational and management processes within the company.
The scholarship involves carrying out the activities at SPICI's headquarters, in the Technology Hub at Via Ponte dei Granili 32 in Naples.
The scholarship lasts 12 months, with a total amount of 18,000 euros.

Main responsibilities
Analysis and mapping of existing company processes (AS-IS)
Design of target processes (TO-BE) with a focus on efficiency and digitalisation
Review and re-engineering of internal procedures
Support in the digitalisation of projects and operational workflows
Collaboration on technical and operational documentation
Support in the implementation of digital tools for process management
Monitoring results and continuous improvement
Required qualifications
Final-year student or recent graduate in Management Engineering, Computer Science and Computer Engineering, and equivalent qualifications
Interest in business organisation, processes and digitalisation
Analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving
Good knowledge of Office / Google Workspace (especially Excel)
Teamwork attitude and good communication skills
Accuracy, proactivity and a focus on improvement
The following will be considered an advantage
Knowledge of process mapping tools (e.g. flowcharts)
Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems and project management tools
Interest in digital transformation and process innovation
Project work or dissertation experience on related topics
