Join the workshop Inside Sport Ecosystem

Technological Innovation and Sport. Athletes, coaches, managers, data analysts, journalists, and startuppers come together in the workshop Inside Sport Ecosystem: trends and trajectories of innovation, organised by the Water Porzio Hub in collaboration with the Federico II University of Naples and the Ussi, Union of Sports Press.
The event is scheduled for Saturday, 7 May at the Apple Academy located at the San Giovanni a Teduccio Technology Park, Corso Protopisani 70.
The challenges and significant technological changes impacting the world of sport are analysed by the key players of this revolution, through the evolutionary dynamics and the role of innovation elements.
Spici will participate in the day of discussions and debates with Mariangela Contursi in her dual role as General Manager SPICI and Ambassador InnovUp for the South: she will introduce the day's work alongside Fabio Borghese, Director Creactivitas - Creative Economy Lab and Pino Porzio, Managing Director WPH WaterPorzio Hub.
At 11:20 she will coordinate the first panel, “The impact of new technologies and digital: a booster for performance”, concluding the day with the final session of the workshop “Trajectories and future perspectives”.

At the opening at 9:15, greetings will be given by Giorgio Ventre, Scientific Director of the Apple Developer Academy, Claudio Russo, President of WPH WaterPorzio Hub, Gianfranco Coppola, National President of USSI, Emanuela Ferrante, Councillor for Sport and Equal Opportunities of the City of Naples, Alessandro di Ruocco, Chairman of the Young Entrepreneurs Group at the Industrial Union of Naples.

From 10:00 to 11:20 “Overview: New landscapes of the sport economy” with contributions from Massimo Corcione, Former Director Sky Sport and Marco Aloi, Business Area Consultant Legabasket Serie A.
