Creative Startup Lab: understanding the ideal customer to build a successful business

The Creative Lab Startup held a new event yesterday, 3 February 2025, focused on a crucial topic for every emerging company: "Buyer Persona: Who is Your Ideal Customer?". The session was led by Paolo Fiorentino, President of Business Design Italia and ASSINRETE - National Association of Business Network Professionals, as well as a Tutor of Fabbrica Italiana dell’Innovazione for over a year.

The Strategic Importance of the Buyer Persona

During the meeting, the young participants had the opportunity to delve into a crucial aspect for entrepreneurial success: the ability to identify and understand their target audience. A targeted analysis of the buyer persona indeed allows for:

✔️ Identifying the ideal customer, outlining their characteristics, needs, and behaviours ✔️ Developing effective marketing strategies, by adapting communication and distribution channels ✔️ Making the offer more competitive, by precisely responding to the market's demands.

The meeting provided concrete tools to develop detailed profiles of potential clients, based on real data and market analysis.

Creative Startup Lab: A Training Path for Innovation

The Creative Startup Lab is part of the Creative - Metropolitan Festival of Youth Cultures, an initiative promoted by the Metropolitan City of Naples and the Fondazione Teatro di San Carlo, with the support of the University of Naples Federico II and Officine San Carlo. This lab represents an important training opportunity for young innovators, offering concrete tools to develop sustainable and competitive entrepreneurial projects in the cultural and creative sector.

📅 Monday, 10 February the program will continue with a Masterclass on "Artificial Intelligence in the Cultural and Creative Industry", led by Salvatore Cuomo, Professor of Numerical Analysis at the University of Naples Federico II and Scientific Advisor for SPICI, together with Antonio Barletta, expert in Artificial Intelligence. The meeting will be an opportunity to explore the potential of new technologies in the cultural, artistic, and entertainment sectors, highlighting their impact on business models and creative dynamics.
