Campus Startup COMICON: A new Alliance for startups begins

“Campus Startup COMICON”, an initiative in co-branding by COMICON Napoli, SPICI, and Fabbrica Italiana dell’Innovazione, starts from Naples to offer startups a unique space to present their business idea.

COMICON is one of the main international events dedicated to pop, nerd, and geek culture, with an ever-growing number of attendees: 170,000 people attended the last edition in Naples, with ages ranging between 16 and 35.

Campus Startup COMICON is an ambitious and innovative initiative that starts from the 2024 Edition of COMICON Napoli, to intercept and support new business ideas related to Cultural and Creative Industries.

Inside one of the two pavilions dedicated to Gaming and E-Sport, a dedicated desk will be set up, curated by SPICI and Fabbrica Italiana dell’Innovazione, aiming to provide startups with a space where, on one hand, they can present themselves, attract new talents and partners, in a context perfectly aligned with their business strategies; on the other hand, they can consult sector experts, receive information on development, innovation, and training paths, and discover new growth and facilitation opportunities.

The initiative aims to expand during COMICON Bergamo with a pilot project, which will be a true “live laboratory” of the event: this great international platform and its GenZ audience will be made available to innovative startups in gaming and e-sport, offering them the chance to transform the exhibition experience into a unique opportunity to test and present their solutions.

Starting from the 2025 Edition, further opportunities for startups will be launched, with a dedicated exhibition area, interactive engagement initiatives with visitors, organization of contests, and much more.
