SPICI – Society for Innovation, Cooperation and Internationalisation – has launched a one-year scholarship designed for graduating students and recent graduates with a Master's degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent qualifications with the aim of supporting the company's organisational and managerial processes.

The scholarship involves carrying out the activities at the SPICI headquarters, located in the Technological Hub at Via Ponte dei Granili 32 in Naples.

The duration of the scholarship is 12 months, with a total grant of €18,000.

Main responsibilities

• Analysis and mapping of existing business processes (AS-IS)

• Design of target processes (TO-BE) focusing on efficiency and digitalisation

• Review and engineering of internal procedures

• Support in the digitalisation of projects and operational workflows

• Collaboration on technical and operational documentation

• Support in the implementation of digital tools for process management

• Monitoring results and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Graduating student or recent graduate with a Master's degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent qualifications

• Interest in business organisation, processes, and digitalisation

• Analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving

• Good knowledge of Office / Google Workspace (particularly Excel)

• Teamwork attitude and good communication skills

• Precision, proactivity, and orientation towards improvement

The following are considered a plus

• Knowledge of process mapping tools (e.g. flowcharts)

• Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems and project management tools

• Interest in digital transformation and process innovation

• Experience with project work or a thesis on related topics
