SISMUP

Overview

SISMUP is a mobile application designed for seismic monitoring in real time, developed by the RISSCLab seismology research group of the "Ettore Pancini" Physics Department of the University of Naples Federico II.

The application receives seismic alerts from the PRESTo system and determines the alert level based on data from the ISNet seismic network and the user's location. The integration of AI improves the accuracy of predictions and the responsiveness of the system.

SPICI carried out the re-engineering of the app, improving performance and UI, and developed a backend middleware in Odoo to optimise data management and integration with monitoring servers.
