Overview
Design of a proprietary on-premise platform for the assisted management of genetic analysis requests and bookings. The system integrates multi-channel intake, automatic classification of requests, document analysis via AI, OCR and parsing of attachments, extraction of clinical and administrative entities, recommendation of prescription tariff codes, digital consent management and operator support in processing cases. The solution maintains a human-in-the-loop approach, where the Artificial Intelligence assists, suggests and pre-drafts the case, leaving the final decision to the operator.
Objective
Automate the receipt and classification of requests, reduce the operational workload for operators, extract information from emails and attachments, support the identification of correct codes, simplify document management, integrate the process with booking systems, and ensure the security, traceability, and control of sensitive health data.
