SAN CARLO SMART

Overview

The San Carlo Smart Project involves the development of a Proof of Concept on Odoo to test an integrated digital solution for managing work shifts, operational workload and space occupancy at the Teatro di San Carlo in Naples. The POC serves to evaluate the impact and feasibility before the final investment.

Objective

Digitise internal processes, optimise resources and spaces, and support future decisions.

The PoC is carried out as part of the Design Before Intervention service of the European Digital Innovation Hub – Heritage Smart Lab (EDIH - HSL).
