ITS ACADEMY BACT - DIGITAL STORYTELLING COURSE

Overview

30-hour training module curated by SPICI as part of the ITS course "Superior Technician for the Promotion, Design and Creation of Craft Objects and Collections with Cultural and Artistic Value" - Art & Digital Artifact specialisation, created by the ITS Academy BACT Foundation within the "NextGen Innovative Tech Working" project. The module, divided into four learning units, addressed digital storytelling as a strategic lever for the enhancement of Italian artistic craftsmanship, with the use of digital tools such as Canva, CapCut and Boords and the experimental integration of generative AI tools such as Leonardo, Pimento and Elevenlabs. The activities, carried out through individual and group project work, peer reviews and self-assessment, concluded with a public presentation: all students produced a multi-channel project complete with a moodboard, narrative map, storyboard and video.

Objective

To provide theoretical, methodological and operational tools to design multi-channel narrative content capable of enhancing the symbolic, aesthetic and productive value of Italian artistic craftsmanship.
