Overview
INSILICOFFEE is an innovative project that revolutionises the coffee sector through digital simulation and AI. The initiative introduces an advanced Digital Twin system to optimise the roasting and brewing processes, enabling precise customisation of the consumer experience and real-time control over product quality.

Personalise the coffee consumption experience, improving its quality and sustainability.
The project has achieved significant recognition, winning the public call for proposals under Spoke 9 "Digital Society & Smart City" of the National Centre "National Centre for HPC, Big Data and Quantum Computing", funded by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP) - NextGenerationEU. This initiative is part of the mission to strengthen research structures and create innovative models for industrial digitisation.
