"Introduction to Lean Startup": First Lesson of the Incubation Program Concluded at the Casa delle Tecnologie Emergenti in Napoli Infiniti Mondi

This morning marked the start of the training programme of the II Incubation Cycle at the Casa delle Tecnologie Emergenti di Napoli Infiniti Mondi, with a session titled "Introduction to Lean Startup". Coordinated by SPICI, the Incubation Programme supports 10 emerging startups in their development and growth journey, providing essential strategic skills and operational support to transform innovative ideas into successful businesses.
From 9 to 13, at the Fabbrica Italiana dell'Innovazione, the first lesson was conducted by the tutor Marco Meola. During the session, participating startups had the opportunity to explore the principles of Lean Startup, an approach that relies on the idea of developing products and services quickly and efficiently, continuously validating market hypotheses and adapting solutions to customer needs.
The Incubation Programme: A Journey of Growth and Innovation
This first meeting was just the beginning of a journey that will last several months, during which startups will have the opportunity to participate in a series of lessons, workshops, and mentoring sessions designed to develop their entrepreneurial skills and tackle market challenges. The Incubation Programme, coordinated by SPICI, benefits from the operational support of the Fabbrica Italiana dell'Innovazione, which hosts all activities, creating a stimulating and collaborative environment to foster the growth of participating businesses.
The Casa delle Tecnologie Emergenti “Infiniti Mondi – Napoli Innovation City” is a project of the Comune di Napoli, funded by the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy, aimed at providing companies with a specialised innovation centre on Metaverse, Web 3.0, Gaming/Gamification, Digital Storytelling, Quantum Computing, and 5G, to develop and test products, processes, services, startups, and new business models in the Creative and Cultural Industries sector.
For the CTE project, the Comune di Napoli is the leader of a partnership that includes the Universities of Naples Federico II and L'Orientale, the Academy of Fine Arts of Naples - whose young designers created the “Infiniti Mondi” logo - the Cefriel Digital Innovation Centre of the Polytechnic University of Milan, MedITech 4.0 research and innovation centres, Cnr - Institute of Cultural Heritage Sciences and CeRICT Scarl, and innovative companies such as Tim, Spici, and One More Pictures.
