SPICI is located in the new Technological Hub of the city of Naples, situated in the real estate complex of the former ENEL Historical Archive, in the district of San Giovanni a Teduccio. SPICI promoted the establishment of this Hub in 2023, purchasing the area along with a group of companies and initiating a significant urban redevelopment project.

The Technological Hub, called the Italian Factory of Innovation, covers an area of 12,000 sqm, of which approximately 7,000 sqm are covered, and hosts companies, startups, technological laboratories, and the International Incubator.

Fabbrica is a business incubator and accelerator specializing in three strategic areas: Green Economy, Blue Economy and Cultural and Creative Industries.

Conceived as a development engine for Southern Italy, the Italian Factory of Innovation was created with the goal of contributing to the construction of a more sustainable, resilient, and human economic model. A place where technology, environment, and society meet to imagine and realize the future after the global crisis, with an open view to the world and rooted in the region.
