Synergies between startups, managers and professionals: when relationships, skills and innovation become concrete opportunities.

Fabbrica Italiana dell’Innovazione and Agilae are promoting a new meeting opportunity dedicated to the most promising startups and SMEs in their respective ecosystems, with the aim of fostering access to specialist skills, qualified relationships and business-oriented growth opportunities.

The initiative will involve FEMBA (Former Executive MBA Students) and AIGA - Associazione Italiana Giovani Avvocati – Napoli, two professional networks that will provide startups with mentoring, discussion and in-depth analysis on key topics for business development: access to public procurement and MEPA tenders, banking law and business crisis, industrialisation of innovation, go to market and sales effectiveness.

The event will open with greetings from Vincenzo Lipardi, Board of Directors of Fabbrica Italiana dell’Innovazione, and Francesco Castagna, CEO & Founder of Agilae. This will be followed by Alessio Nunziante, President of AIGA Napoli, and Luca Damiano Sozzo, President of FEMBA, who will present their respective networks and collaboration opportunities with the innovation ecosystem.

The central session will be dedicated to the presentation of the joint path with FEMBA and AIGA, designed to accompany startups through thematic in-depth sessions, discussions with professionals and executives, and one-to-one meetings tailored to specific growth, positioning and commercial development needs.

Speakers will also include Vittoria Chiacchio, administrative lawyer, Gianluca de Lima Souza, civil lawyer expert in banking law and business crises, Emanuela Genua, Director of Plant Operations at Stellantis, and Raffaello Verrazzo, Head of Sales Force at Kenvue.

The meeting will conclude with a Q&A session and closing remarks.
