The Global Internet Competition of “Straight to Wuzhen”, a program for entrepreneurial development and scientific and technological cooperation involving numerous startups and other members of the global innovation ecosystem, was held in Wuzhen, China.
The roundtable was the first event organized following the signing of an agreement by SPICI, ITTN and IRAMOT to strengthen the collaboration and co-creation of joint technology and innovation cooperation programs between Italy, China and Iran.
The programme, which takes place every year, aims to attract Italian and international talents and innovative projects in China and is hosted by the Chinese Association for Science and Technology (CAST) and the Government of Hubei Province.
The program represents an important international collaboration platform in the field of science, innovation and new technologies.
The Suzhou Center for International Innovation and Entrepreneurship published a list of Chinese companies interested in purchasing Made in Italy technological solutions or in carrying out joint research and development projects with Italian companies.
The scientific and educational cooperation program includes various activities such as the creation of joint laboratories, exchanges of students and researchers, innovation projects, matchmaking activities between academic research groups and university spinoffs, as well as advanced training.
The Jiaxing session of the “Innovation China Technology Roadshow” involved 8 innovative startups from Italy, Germany, Israel, China and Canada.
SPICI and LESS signed a memorandum of understanding with the aim of strengthening mutual collaboration in the fields of innovation, internationalization, technology transfer, research, training as well as scientific and technological culture.
SPICI launched an information desk for the provision of services of support, promotion and internationalization to the United Arab Emirates on the occasion of Expo 2020 Dubai.
